The PST also has to be the default delivery location before Outlook Express

And then a confirmation from Sue Mosher. WOW finally I am able to get into
my .pst file!! Thanks Sue, when I followed the file\open\outlook data file,
then select the pst file I found I had to navigate to my pst file as Brian
had noted as it wasn't the first one that popped up
