Outlook.exe is a file stored in the map \program files\microsoft office
\ maybe in the sub folder \office\. Maybe you can find it there.
It looks like your msg file isn't connected to outlook, check the
options for file associations in Windows Explorer. Search in the big
list for msg file.
Another solution may be
- right click on msg file
- you get the list which doesn't contain Outlook
- you choose to bottem option and search for Outlook. Maybe you can
select the option 'allways use this program for this file type'.
