I use Outlook 2003 for my email w/Internet Explorer 8. Won't let me open any
attached internet links just in the last couple weeks. Sony Notebook/Vista
Home Premium. Any suggestions for help?
Error reads - "Restrictions on this computer. Contact your system
administrator"
I am the system administrator. Some setting must have been changed.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
