"I can't oprn any links sent to me in Outlook any more. I have o copy and
paste. (Which doesn't always work!!!) Here is the error message I get: "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator." I AM the system administrator for
crying out loud!!! Any suggestions??

Reset web settings.
