I can't open links in e-mail messages.

When I click on a link I get a message: "The operation has been canceled due
to restriction on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
I'm the only user of this home computer and need to know how to untoggle this
restriction.

See the below link and apply the info. It is a fault with IE and not with Outlook
