I am unable to view my email messages unless I reply, forward, or print
preview. (This is the same problem as a previous poster, which is shown
below). This happens in sent email and all other mailboxes. Sending and
receiving is no problem.
I disabled McAfee Site Advisor and McAfee email scanner, and I deleted and
recreated my profile but still cannot view emails.
Some background: I had been using Office 2002; 2 days ago, I began
downloading SP3 for Windows and cancelled midway because it would take too
long. My problem opening emails seemed to happen after that, so I went back
and installed SP3 for Windows; still couldn't open emails so I installed
Office 2003 and all updates, including SP3 for Office 2003. Still
can't view emails.
I can, however, view messages that I get from system administrator reporting
that an email was undeliverable.
