Hello,

My system: Windows XP SP-2, IE-6, on Siemens/Fujitsu PC

Problem starts suddenly, without any change in soft or hard. Pointing the
mouse on IE get de clock for a few seconds, then nothing happens. Sometimes
an error missage arises saying it is unable to find the url (say f.e.:
http://www.google.com/). MSN opens, but I'm unable to read input mail.
After one or two tries, windows freezes and systems hangs. ADSL conecction
works well. Puzzling enough, if I search from Start/search "google.com", I
get the page.

Some trials I did:

1) Install Firefox. Same result
2) Add a new user account: all works okay: viva! But after a par of restart,
the same problem again ;-(
3) Update to Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 8. Nothing changes.

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance for your help

Maybe open event viewer & get more specific details.
