Suddenly, without applying any updates to my PC or any Window Updates, I can
no longer open any hyperlink withinin any email. Error screen appears "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Contact systems administrator". I am the systems admin and I have made no
changes. I use Vista 64 bit. I have spent hours searching out help within
Outlook, viewing Control Panel settings, etc. I'm stuck.
