Hi Everyone,

I have Microsoft Office 2003 with no SP and I have Windows XP SP2 and also i
am on the exchange 2003 environment.

For some reason i can't open any attachments that is in the format of *.msg.
I double click and and even save it on my desktop but I am unable to open. I
did notice on the of my email it says "You are now viewing this message in
the Internet Zone." I am on exchange environment. My PC is in the office so i
am not using RPC over HTTP. I also check the internet zone and made the
internet setting to medium.

Have you tried doing a detect/repair of Microsoft Office via the Add/Remove
programs applet in the control panel?


For the internet zone thing, you might want to check Microsoft Outlook's
Tools > Options > Security tab. The default (about 1/2 down) is where it
should be set to the default of restricted zone.
