I CANT OPEN ANY OF MY FILES/ICONS JUST KEEP GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE. WINDOWS CANT OPEN WITHOUT NOWING WHO CREATED FILE. IVE DOWNLOADED FROM SITES TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BUT IT WONT OPEN FILE. I THINK ITS IN THE .EXE FILE BUT I CANT GET THERE FROM HERE. IT WONT OPEN FOR ME .HELP?

What did you download for the fix? Was it from doug
knox's website? instead of saving this fix when you try
to download it select "open" that way it will run from
the download, no .exe involved.
