I had been having problems with my laptop working really slow, so the I got
the IT guy from work to take a look at it for me. It now works really well,
He saved and re-loaded my work - but some of it now shows pos 4A4 (each one
has a different number) TMP File - and I don't know how to get these to open.
Can somebody help please

Is the file extension TMP?
If so, such files rarely contain information that is useful after a few
days, and they may be deleted without harm.
If you are interested in what they contain, perhaps notepad would be a good
choice. Be prepared for strange symbols though.

Why are you trying to open them at all. They are useless orphaned files and should be deleted.
