Hi!

I'm running Win Xp sp 2 and Internet Explorer 6 sp 2, with Zonealarm
Security Suite 6. Recently i haven't been able to open any kind of files.
Saving to a location isn't any problem but when i open i get an error message
that say's something like " cannot open c:\...\temporary internet
files\...\.jpg". When i try to open an image, AcdSee can't find the file to
open.

Hi,
You may have a damaged Temporary Internet Files folder.

Try deleting the Temporary Internet Files folder for the affected user
account. Make sure that you can see hidden files (Folder Options> View) Then
login as another user with administrator privileges, or from the machine's
default administrator account (startup in safe mode) and delete the affected
TIF folder from Windows Explorer. It will be at [C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files] Restart. A new
TIF folder will be created. It's often recommended that the TIF folder be
kept at 50-60 MB.

Other possibilities at: http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers/40.html

Hope this helps,
