I just reinstalled Easy Media Creator 7, to solve a problem, and now I
cannot open all the CD covers I made before! the .jwl files from the
Label Creator.

I get a message that says: "The select file is not a valid Label
Creator document"

And of course it is!!

I need your help, since I run an small bussines of CDs and all my
covers are lost for the moment.

Thanks So much.

If you installed the program under the same profile name that it was
previously installed under then I would contact the support related to
Easy Media Creator. If you did nothing else besides reinstall the
program there is probably something program-specific you need to do.
Is there an 'import' option inside of the file menu of the program.
Try that and then importing your old covers if that is an option
there. Also make sure you installed it into the same directory as it
was previously installed.

I uninstalled the program completely, then reinstalled it to the same
place that it was before. I can make new covers today, and will open
them. It just refuses to open the previous to the reinstall .jwl
files.

There is no 'import' choice.... just 'open file'...

Roxio has a bad support...

I will keep on trying, since those covers have around 200 hours worth
of time...

thanks

Perhaps you need to install an update to the program, if that is the
case the base install may not recognize the files created by the updated
version.

My educational bussines is at www.soundtracksound.com , (by the way
my real name is Rafael Fuentes), and again, those CD covers took me
hours and hours to make (you can see them at that link), and without
your help I would be back to square one, and I dont want to be there,
since my job is to compose music!
