I can receive encrypted mail using outlook web access from IE8 with Windows
7, but not able to open encrypted e mail messages in outlook \ outlook web
access(IE7/8) with Windows XP. Am getting the following error message:
"Can't open this item. Your Digital ID name can not be found by the
underlying security system."
[Installed latest owasmime.msi(8.1.348.0) & valid RSA certificates in
windows 7 machine.]

One thing that might cause this is a mismatch between the address contained in
the certificate and the address to which the sender sent the message.
