I have subscribed to an emai list in digest form for many years. suddenly in
the past few weeks i am unable to open the messagegs that come as digest
attachments. I have checked my mouse and it is working properly. even when i
right click and clik "open" nothing happens. All other programs work fine.
if i get te list email at work on a different computer, it works fine. What
has happned. i tried a return to another date but that doesn't work either.
I am runninng XP and Office 2003

I might be mistaken, but I believe the Google Toolbar blocks the ability to
open *.MSG file type.

I just removed the google toolbar from my outlook but still can't open the
msg files. i will reboot and see and then try a distant restore point.

I searched the messages in this group and I was wrong. It is Google Desktop
Search and not the toolbar.

I did a restore to a mnth ago and it fixed it. i willl just delete the
Google search. i rarely used it anyway. Thanks
