In Outlook 2003, suddenly this morning, when I try to open an e-amil, now or
previously opened, a box pops up containing headings from the Menu bar. If
I click on them, the folder lists appear, but I can't open e-mails through
them, and if I close the box, I am back to the usual Inbox view--it just goes
back and forth.

What exactly does that box say?
Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, it is either caused by an addin;
