Can't open or download an attachment from "webmail"

Our company uses "Webmail" -email from the internet - and,
when Content Advisor is on, we cannot open or download any
attachment (Excel, Word, etc.). The pages are asp. When
Content Advisor is disabled, evrything is fine.

I want to be able to have people get their attachments
but, at the same time, keep Content Advisor on.

Any ideas?
