Hope you have a backup... your database is corrupt, possibly irretrievably.
This error can happen when the VBA project file is corrupted, or from damaged
system tables.
What you can try is creating a new, empty database and using File... Get
External Data... Import to import whatever can ba salvaged from your damaged
database.

which includes links to third-party services which can sometimes salvage
databases (for a fee).
