Can't open, or create Accounts

I get a "could not open object because it is not on this machine." Then, when
I click that error box, another which says "cannot open this form because an
error occurred."

Any suggestions?

I just read the title, which scrolls out of view when I open your
post.

You could try clearing the Outlook forms cache.

Try doing a repair of Office and see if you can get it to work
