Were you using a .PST file prior to the reinstall? If so, there was really
no need to import -- you can just open a .PST file in Outlook via File |
Open | Outlook Data File. Importing tends to cause problems and there's no
need to import when .PST is Outlook's native file format. It would be like
importing a .DOC file into Word. :-)
