can't open attachments

's Computer Specifications

I'm getting a IPE.EXE. error, and can't open attachments.
I can view pics in the view pane, but can't open them
inside e-mails.

any help would be appreciated

OE ... Tools Options Security . UNcheck Do not allow
attachments.......
