I have windows XP Home edition and outlook 2003. An e-mail which has been
sent with an attachment from Microsoft Works word procoessor I cannot open
the attachment. It keeps on saying that it is not a document imaging file.
I have tried to save it as a .tif or a .doc and it still wont open correctly.

So what is the original extension of the file and do you have an application
installed that can handle those extensions? Either way; not an Outlook
issue, it is not responsible for opening the files you receive with it.
