I have tried everything that I know how to do, but I still can open
attachments in Outlook. If I sign onto my email outside of Outlook, I can
open them.

When I am in Outlook and try to open an attachment, sometimes I get an error
message stating there are problems with Microsoft viewer.

Does anyone know what causes this problem and how to fix???
