can't open attachments in office 2007 which received from office 2

Dear Sir,
we are using windows vista business OEMAct with office 2007, but when ever i
received any attachments from outlook 2003 i won't be able to open it. I need
to save it first on hardisk then it gets open.

Pls suggest me the solution.

Do you have Google Desktop Search installed? If yes, either uninstall it or
upgrade to the latest version.
