Trying to open a .zip file sent from a safe contact.

It tells me "can't create file: xxxxx.zip. Right-click the folder you want
to create the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to
check your permissions for the folder"

Is this something that requires an ajustment on my part or the senders
