Use this big blank area to give some detail. Stuff that people would know
to try to solve the problem. Things like, y'know, version of Outlook, type
of attachment, error messages, has it ever worked, if you save the attachment
to the desktop, does it work there... Stuff like that.

Otherwise, the only answer I could give you is 'That's because it's a Word
Doc.'
