This occasionally happens - I try to drag-and-drop an email into a folder in my Outlook
bar. Instead of moving the email, I get a popup that cryptically says "Can't move the
items" (there is only one item).
Next, I'll try to drag-and-drop the email to exact same folder using the folder list.
Same popup message.
The only way I can move the item is to use the Move to Folder dropdown menu.
I've tried searching the web & can find no answer to this.
Outlook clearly isn't behaving the way it's supposed to. Can anyone PLEASE tell me
what's going on and how to fix this???
