Can't move files to my new U3 Sundisk USB stick, PLZ HELP.

Hi all,
When I plug in the U3 USB stick and try to move folders/ files to it, a
popup window tells me -" This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer, please contact the system
administrator - and I am the sys' administrator.
What to do now ?
