Can't move emails to different inbox folders

"you don't have permission to create an entry in this folder" I'm getting
hacked off with getting this intermittent message. All my Inbox folders (and
everything else, come to that) are created and managed by ME alone, no-one
else uses my computer, what is going on? When I right click the folder and
access its properties, the access options are greyed out. Re-starting
Outlook (2003) makes no difference. There's no pattern I can see to which
folders it has started doing this on. Rebooting does fix it but who wants to
re-boot every five minutes? I don't have a 'system administrator' to see
about this which is the only help suggestion I can find. Please help!
