Can't move or delete mails from INBOX, can't receive mails OUTLOOK

Hi - I ma having a real problem with Outlook 2007 running in Windows XP.
Seems to have some sort of corruption yesterday, so ran Inbox Repair tool.
Said it found 41 errors, when it was all finished, the original problem had
gone. However, I cannot now receive any mail, although I can send. It shows
13 messages downloading, but then just stops, and nothing appears in the
inbox. ALso I cannot move or delete any messages in my Inbox. This is a major
problem as I work from home - please can anyone help?
