Not that I think I'd be able to read the source code if it was available to
me, but, y'know. =)
Generally, when it works in safe mode, you're looking at a plug-in causing
the problems. Without knowing the version of outlook, it would vary on how
to get to the list of plug-ins to start disabling them until you find the
one causing problems.
