Aol changed rule for saving copies of sent items. it has to be manually
configured.

now i cannot move any messages from my inbox to any folders. it used to be
that the new rule prevented me from moving any item from my account sent
folder to another folder. now i cannot move ANY ITEM. i get a pop up "your
imap server has closed the connection" as soon as i try to move an item to
another folder.

I made the rule change with outlook express 6 and there is no problem moving
an item. so now i have to switch over to outlook to move items. inconvenient.

should i delete all rules and start again with a new blank rule on office
outlook 2003? there are no help answers to trouble shoot moving an item and
i think the error time out message is not relevant.
