Can't Modify Hardware Profile...

I have 3 hardware profiles that I am unable to modify. I
can't change the docked state, the 3 otions are greyed
out. Running W2K SP4. Logged in as local admin. Is this
a local policy or account/security restriction? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
