I am unable to minimize any opened program or application.

What happens when you try? Does it disappear from the Taskbar, or just
sit there?

They sit there. If you close fine.

It could be malware, I suppose.. What happens when you hover over the
Minimize button? Do you see the Tooltip display that reads "Minimize"?
What happens when you:

- right-click the task in the tray area, click Minimize?

- click the Restore button?

_____________________________

- press Alt/Spacebar, N?

_____________________________


Click Start button, Run command and type in the text box:

Regsvr32 /i ole32.dll and click [OK] or Hit [Enter] on your keyboard.

Regsvr32 /i shell32.dll and click [OK] or Hit [Enter] on your keyboard.

Regsvr32 mshtml.dll and click [OK] or Hit [Enter] on your keyboard.

Yes, please inform us in more detail about this issue as Joe mentioned.

Please try the following suggestions to see if any of them can work.

Suggestions:
==============

1. Use some anti-virus software to scan your whole computer to see if any
spyware exits. Remove these spyware and see if the issue remains.

2. Log on your system in the Safe Mode and see if this issue exists.

3. Create a new user account and log on use this new user account. Does the
same issue exist?

Please let me know the results. If there are any questions or concerns,
feel free to let me know. I look forward to your reply.
