I upgraded to "defender" from Antispyware. I setup the scan to run in the
middle of the night. Each morning I woke up to this:
"Windows Defender encountered an error: 0x8050800f. An unexpected problem
occurred. Install and available updates and then try to start the program
again."
Couldn't find a fix so I decide to run the repair and that failed with a
"fatal error during installation".
Tried the uninstall through add/remove and received the "fatal error during
installation".
Stopped the service, tried again..."fatal error during installation".

Bottom line, can't make it work, can't get rid of it.
XP Pro SP2, every update, and short of this my cpu is tip top.
