Hi Steve,
Check the DNS settings of the network connection on the server. Does it
point to itself? Is the server running DNS? Are all of the domain records
and folders registered in DNS?

rebooted after instaling Brightstor 9 yesterday and it can't find the domain
or domain controller. This is a new DC and a new domain. At this point it's
the only computer in the domain. I'm getting a variety of Event log errors
ID 1054, 7023 and the one I think is causing most of the problems 5719. When
I try and log onto the domain it says that the domain is unavailable. I
uninstaled Brightstor but nothing was corre cted.
