Can't logon to "my account"

Today I went to Dell's site and tried to logon to my account to check on an
order. I have been having the email box of the sign in page filled in and
only had to supply the password. Today both were blank and when I entered
the info and clicked to sign in the page would go back to blank boxes. Last
time I had used this page was a couple of weeks ago and it worked ok then.

This afternoon I decided to try switching user accounts and logged on with
the guest account. I have only 2 account on this computer and have always
used the main account as an admin.

After logging in as guest I went to the Dell site and entered my information
and logged right in my account. Went back and tried the admin. account again
and still would not work.

Any ideas what I may have done to stop my main account from working. This is
the only thing I have found that does not work so far.

Thanks in advance,
Mark
