I accidentally deleted userinit.exe in my registry files
believing it to be a backdoor worm...now I cant logon to
windows...when it loads to the users and i click on any
of them it goes to the desktop for a second the logs off
and goes to saving settings and back to the logon
screen....is there anything I can do to repair this?
unfortunately I didnt back it up either....thanks for any
help....HK

If you can get to the advanced start menu by pressing F8, you can use the
directions in the following article to run system restore. Select a restore
point that predates the problem.
