Hi all, I switched on my comp yesterday and the Check disk came on "even
though I didn't set up the task" when it finish the chdsk, it went to the log
on screen, I click my account and it won't start, it just switches itself of
and reboots. A warnig dialog window (Registry Recovery) appeared on the log
on screen and said " One of the files containg the systems Registry data had
to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was
succesful." Which it has not been. Any advice please. I'm running WINXP (home
edition) SP2 had the computer just before Xmas so its not old and every thing
was working find till now.
