If it is a domain controller, regular users by default can not logon. To change that,
if you really want to, is to give the user the logon locally user right in the
appropriate security policy [Local or Domain Controller Security policy for domain
controllers] under security settings/local policies/user rights. Note that entries in
deny logon locally override the users right to logon locally and that in W2K the
"effective" setting is the setting applied when you view Local Security Policy. ---
