Got a 2003 domain controller with TS in application mode. Non-admin users
are told the local policy does not allow login. Have tried everything I've
found related to this problem on Microsoft's site, Expert Exchange, and
others. Nothing is fixing it. There has to be some setting stashed away
somewhere I'm missing, but I'll be damned if I can find it.

For users to be able to logon to a DC running TS you MUST assign these users
the Logon Locally Right via the Default Domain Controller's Security Policy
in ADU&C.

I'd highly recommend that you don't run TS on a Domain COntroller, unless
this is the only server and the office is less than 10 employees.
