When I specify the user name INTERNAL\user, I was prompted to enter the
username and password again. I gave the email address as well and it
didn't work.

Thanks

Hi,

I had a problem like this. In my case it was the symantec personal firewall
that was blocking the DNS query (I change the safe nets parameters).

Hi - this isn't an Outlook issue. OWA is part of Exchange, not Outlook, and
you might get more help in a more relevant group, such as
microsoft.public.exchange.clients. You'll have to provide more info (version
of Exchange, etc).

Note that I can't get https://mail.membersedgellc.com/exchange to come up at
all. However, http:// works. You should have a word with your admins about
that - they shouldn't be allowing HTTP access to the server from the
internet.
