I cant log on to my Administrators Account

's Computer Specifications

When I type my password to my Account it says that the service has failed the
log on. The password is correct. I could only log on to my guest account.
please help me

Hi Mary,

About your problem,you can boot into safe mode and logon to Administrator,
that Click Start>Computer>Manage>Local Users and Groups>User>Double-Click
your account>check it whether disabled
