I can view all sites like yahoo, hotmail etc but once I click on the Mails to
access my emails, nothing appears. Normally a dialogue page will open where
we can enter id and passord, but since last week, I cannot log into my web
based emails. How can I fix it? I do not recall sany program been downloaded.
Please advice and TIA

Try this:
In IE click Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Click the Internet
zone (earth icon) > At the bottom of the tab click the button "Reset all
zones to default level".

IE version?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?
