I tried rather stupidly to connect a Win2000 laptop to my
own computer by changing the System properties of the
laptop. I changed the domain of the laptop to a workgroup
with the same name as the workgroup on my computer, and
restarted the laptop. Now it is impossible to log on to
the laptop! The Domain field at the login pop-up is gone,
and no known user of the laptop is possible to log in.
1. Any clues as to why it behaves like this?
2. How can I get into the computer to undo it?
On the laptop there is an important PowerPoint
presentation (of course). And I am going to get flogged if
that Presentation wont be available within 12 hrs!!!
HELP PLEASE!
