Cant log on a Administrator

When logging on as administrator get the message not
enough resources and the machine logs on as a Default
user. Need some help on this. Have never seen this

Press the Shift key during the logon process, to prevent
your startup tasks from being launched. You might also
want to scan your machine for viruses.
