It is a big inconvienience as i completely depend on my comp and its
softwares, I changed the password to something i remember, it has a easy
reminder hint and i know what the passsword is but it wont let me log into my
account the admin account so i have to use other accounts which execute basic
functions and all the software request reinstallation and serial numbers
which i no longer possess as i have moved home.

Can some one please tell me how to adjust this as i have tried gain access
through the safe modes and all of that but nothing is happening.

If you have changed the password then you either typed a different key to
what you thought or you may have either left the caps lock on or are using a
0 in place of a O.
You can remove the password by using a third party boot disk but I would
check the other possibilities first.
