I have installed the Microsoft Antispyware beta, have run
the program, and removed a great number of spyware files.

After rebooting, I tried to run MS Antispyware again.
The program searches for GIANYAntiSpywareMain.exe and
then responds with an error message stating that the
GIANTAntiSpywareMain.exe cannot be found.

I have tried reloading MS Antispyware to no avail?

Any suggestions?

Have you tried to reinstal MSAS or use the repair option from Add/remove
programs in Control Panel?
