Hi. I can't seem to find an answer anywhere else, so I hope someone here can
help. I need to access a chat at the university where I'm taking an on-line
course. I used to be able to use the chat, but not any more. I can log in,
but the script won't load. The tech support at the university told me to
download Moizilla Firefox. I can get in, but it freezes my computer, and I
don't really want a second browser. Can one offer any suggestions? I can't
access a chat from anywhere else either, so it's not the university chat. I
need to get in soon for an assignments.

I'm using windows 98 and IE 6.0.2800.1106, sp1

Thanks

Nanci

I installed a McAfee firewall at Easter, but I have not been able to get the
chat to run since last fall, so that can't be the problem.
