Can't Load the mail service

I am getting an error messege everytime I try to
select send to in Excel 2007 email attachment using an excel
file " Can't load the mail service - check your mail installation"

if someone can help fix that I really appreciate it.

Outlook was working fine and Excel 2007 when I select
send to email before..

My Right click "Send To mail reciepant " is not working in windows also.
